FAQ
I want to send documents. What should I do?
Send clear photos of every page by WhatsApp or e-mail. If anything else is needed, the translator responsible for the relevant language will contact you.
What is the difference between a standard and a certified translation? Do I need a certified translation?
A certified translation is prepared by a sworn translator and bears their signature and seal. A standard translation may be sufficient when an official form is not required. An existing standard translation can also be certified after a sworn translator has checked its content. The final decision belongs to the authority or institution receiving the document.
Can I order a translation online?
Yes. A clear scan or photo is usually enough for a quote. A certified translation may be delivered electronically with a qualified electronic signature if the receiving institution accepts this form.
How much does a translation cost and how can I pay?
Every assignment is quoted individually. Payment can be made by BLIK or in cash. German translation assignments can also be paid for by card.
How long does it take?
The deadline depends on the type and length of the material. It is confirmed together with the price before work begins.
Are my documents confidential?
Yes. Both translators are bound by professional secrecy and use the documents only to prepare the quote and carry out the agreed assignment.
