English

Adrianna Zielonka

I am a sworn English translator. I work with private, business and official documents, and quote every assignment individually.

I translate contracts, notarial deeds, court and financial documents, among others. I also provide interpreting for notarial appointments, weddings and business meetings. Documents can be sent remotely without visiting the office.

German

Ewa Szymczyk-Dziędziewicka

Sworn German translator with 20 years of experience.

I have been providing certified (formerly called “sworn”) and standard translations for private clients, businesses and institutions for many years. I accept assignments from across Poland, while the main area of my work is Lower Silesia, particularly Wroclaw. As a sworn German translator, I can assist clients anywhere in Poland and in German-speaking regions. I am happy to take on new assignments. Each assignment is quoted individually, taking into account its type, duration and the translator’s required involvement.

I translate official and court documents, contracts, notarial deeds, medical records, employment and financial documents, among others. I also provide interpreting during notarial appointments, business meetings and other situations requiring the presence of a sworn translator. I undertake telephone calls and travel assignments.

FAQ

I want to send documents. What should I do?

Start by sending clear photos of every page by WhatsApp or e-mail. If anything else is needed, the translator will contact you.

What is the difference between a standard and a certified translation?

A certified translation is prepared by a sworn translator and bears their signature and seal. An existing standard translation can also be certified after a sworn translator has checked its content. Whether this form is required is decided by the authority or institution receiving the document.

Can I order a translation online?

Yes. A clear scan or photo is usually enough for a quote. A certified translation may also be delivered electronically with a qualified electronic signature, where this form is accepted.

How much does a translation cost and how can I pay?

Every assignment is quoted individually. Payment can be made by BLIK or in cash; German translation assignments can also be paid for by card.
